• Software Engineering Lead: Manages full‑stack development across mixer, messenger, and bridge modules; enforces secure coding practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• Security & Audit Lead: Directs threat modeling, audit engagements, and incident response strategies; maintains ongoing bug bounty coordination.
